Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure your gifts arrive on time, please place orders by the following dates:

• Standard Shipping: December 15, 2025 by midnight EST
  
• Express Shipping: December 18, 2025 by midnight EST
  
• Local Pick-Up: December 21, 2025 by midnight EST

All orders will ship within 1-3 business days from our studio in Louisville, KY. Express orders are expedited and shipped within 1 business day.

Economy orders, shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage, typically arrive in 1-5 business days based on destination. Express orders are sent via UPS 2nd Day Air, which delivers within 2 business days after shipping.

Domestic economy shipping is free on orders over $275. 

To make your holiday shopping stress-free, all items purchased between November 20, 2025 – December 18, 2025 are eligible for an extended return and exchange window through January 5, 2026. Exchanges and returns for store credit are free. Returns for refund are subject to a $10 flat rate return shipping fee if approved.

All international orders and items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
