Domestic Shipping

All orders from Anchal are shipped via UPS or USPS. Economy orders are shipped Monday through Friday and are processed within 1-3 business days from our studio in Louisville, KY. Express orders are expedited and shipped within 1 business day.

The delivery timeline varies based on the shipping destination and the shipping speed selected at checkout. For domestic economy shipments, we provide two options: UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage, both of which typically take 1-5 business days. For express shipments, we use UPS Next Day Air, which delivers within 1-2 business days.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the product and the size of the package. We offer free domestic economy shipping for orders totaling over $225.

Please be aware that during peak periods such as Black Friday, holiday seasons, and our winter and summer sales, there may be delays due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your orders promptly during these times.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via UPS and USPS. Orders are dispatched from Anchal's studio in Louisville, KY, Monday through Friday, within 1-3 business days. Upon processing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 1-4 weeks.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or charges incurred upon delivery. Anchal is unable to predict or cover any duties or customs fees for international shipments, and these are not included in the checkout price. Fees and taxes may vary depending on the region.

Local Pickup in Louisville, Kentucky

We offer free local pickup for customers in the Louisville area who wish to avoid shipping. Simply select "pick up" at checkout and bypass entering your shipping address. Orders are processed within 1 business day, and you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders can be collected during our business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, or during our designated retail hours on Saturdays from 11 AM to 4 PM. 

We ask that you pickup your order within 30 days. If you are unable to pick up your order within 30 days, please reach out to info@anchalproject.org or call 502.709.4377 during business hours to coordinate your pickup or to pay to have your order shipped. 

Missing or Lost Packages

Once your package is dispatched from Anchal, the responsibility for its delivery lies with the shipping carrier. If a package goes missing, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for packages that are lost in transit, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received. As a small business and non-profit organization, we are unable to absorb the costs associated with errors made by the shipping carrier.

Additionally, we are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Route Shipping Protection

For added security, we recommend selecting Route package protection at checkout for orders exceeding $200. This service offers an extra layer of protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Particularly if you've experienced issues with package delivery in the past, Route can safeguard your order from damage, loss, and theft.

Order Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address and your order has not been dispatched, please email your order number and the new address immediately to info@anchalproject.org org or call 502.709.4377 during business hours. If your order has already been shipped, please contact the carrier directly to request an address change, which may incur additional fees.

To help reduce shipping costs, we allow the combination of multiple orders. If you wish to combine your orders, please contact us at info@anchalproject.org or call 502.709.4377 before your initial order is shipped.

We can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our team promptly at info@anchalproject.org or call 502.709.4377 to request a cancellation. Please note that we cannot guarantee the cancellation once an order is in process.
