Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love Anchal’s textiles as much as we do! However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please refer to the information below for details on exchanges and returns.

Complimentary Exchanges

We are happy to offer free exchanges on your first request within 14 days of receiving your order through our exchange portal here.

Once you initiate the exchange process, please allow 1 business day for our team to approve your request. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation and a return label, free of charge. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the item is not found in its the original quality.

Your replacement item will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of the original order being delivered to our studio. You will receive a new tracking number to the email address provided. 

If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, the difference will be given as store credit in the form of a gift card. If you are looking to exchange an item of a higher value, we’d recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order online.

Returns for Store Credit

Returns for store credit are free for your first request of any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order through our return portal here, and select “store credit” as your refund mode. 

Once you initiate the return, please allow 1 business day for our team to approve your request. We will then provide a free return label for you to ship your item back to our studio.

Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the item is not found in its the original quality.

Once we receive your returned item, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card that can be used at checkout online or in our retail store.

Returns for Refund

Returns for a refund are subject to a $10 flat-rate return shipping fee, deducted from your refund once processed. You must initiate your return/exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once you initiate the return process, please allow 1 business day for our team to approve or deny your return request. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation and instructions on how to return your order. Please send the item and packing slip back to our studio in their original packaging within 7 business days. 

Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return. If an item is not in its original selling condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or issue a partial refund.You will receive your refund upon our receipt of the return. We cannot guarantee issue of a refund if your returned item is not received.

When we receive your return, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If your return is not accepted, a team member will contact you via email. Refunds are credited back to your original form of payment and may take 12 hours to 1 billing cycle to reflect, depending on your credit card company.

Retail Store

Items purchased in our retail store must be returned or exchanged in person within 14 days of purchase. We offer exchanges for another product, exchanges for store credit, and returns for a refund.

Final Sale Products 

The following products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Discounted and sale items marked final sale

• Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards

• Paper Goods

• Items purchased at pop-up events

• International orders
