Shipping + Returns

All orders are shipped through FedEx. Items will be shipped Monday - Friday within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday.

We provide the following shipping options:

  • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (3-4 days)
  • FedEx Express Saver (2-3 days)
  • FedEx Standard Overnight (1 day)

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Local Pickup in Louisville, KY

If you place an order and prefer to pick it up at our Louisville, KY studio, please send us an email at for a unique code or to refund shipping fees. When your order is ready, an email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. All orders must be picked up within our business hours of 9:00am-5:30pm (EST) Monday - Friday. We will only hold your order for 5 days, but if more time is needed please call our studio at 502-709-4377 to arrange a specific date.

Missing or Lost Packages

We are responsible for your new purchase until it is picked up by the shipping carrier. We will not grant refunds for any packages lost in transit. If a package is lost in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier seeking reimbursement. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect addresses entered at checkout. To modify your order, please email within one hour of placing the order.



We offer international shipping through FedEx with the choices of International Economy or International Express. Depending on the country, it will take 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. Please note that you are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes or charges upon delivery and these fees are not included at the time of checkout. Fees and taxes vary by region.



We want you to love Anchal’s one-of-a-kind textiles as much as we do! All of the products we sell through our online store have met our quality and cleanliness standards. Please note that because our products are made by hand from vintage saris there are minor imperfections which we consider part of their beauty and charm.

If however, upon receipt of your purchase you’re dissatisfied with the product, notify within 14 days. We will work with you to arrange a prompt replacement or refund. After 14 days we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Items purchased on “sale” or discounted rate are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased at pop-up events are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-2 business days. Original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 12 hours to 1 billing cycle depending on your credit card company.

Sale items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping

After contacting us about a return, you should mail your product to: Anchal PO Box 7392 Louisville, KY 40257 USA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
