Anchal will not share or sell your personal information to a third party aside from order processing [i.e. shipping & payment]. We aim to provide a seamless & enjoyable shopping experience for our valued customers.
Information Anchal Collects:

2) To process transactions

3) To send promotional offers
By opting in to our text messaging communications, you express consent to receive marketing text messages or order updates from Anchal. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to make a purchase and the number of text messages you receive will vary. Message and data rates may apply to each text message received as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan in addition to any applicable roaming charges.
You may opt-out of these communications at any time by texting STOP.
Your Information:
Anchal implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
All credit cards used for product orders are processed securely through Shopify, all credit cards used for donations are processed through Stripe.
Anchal offers the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems. All parties are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
You may edit or deactivate your customer account at any time.
Cookies:
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services.
Sharing of Information:

Anchal attempts to display all of its products & colors as accurately as possible. Anchal cannot guarantee that the colors represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product.
Please note that because our products are made by hand from 100% vintage saris there are imperfections which we consider part of their beauty and charm.
Although Anchal makes every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed, occasionally Anchal sells out of certain products. If Anchal is out of stock on an item you have ordered, the Customer Service Team will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Anchal Project mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Anchal Project (“Anchal Project”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Anchal Project’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Anchal Project through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Anchal Project. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies.
