All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Items will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
Sales tax will only be charged on orders placed in Kentucky at the respective rate.

return policy
All of the products we sell through our online store have met our quality and cleanliness standards. Please note that because our products are made by hand from 100% recycled saris there are imperfections which we consider part of their beauty and charm.
If however, upon receipt of your purchase you’re dissatisfied in any way with the product, notify us within 7 days and we will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund. The cost of return shipping is paid for by the customer. After 7 days we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds.
